AGI一旦失控那可不是闹着玩的。我觉得趁现在还没完全做出来，赶紧出台点国际规范挺有必要的，别等真出事了再去打补丁，那时候就晚了。

现在连AGI的影子都没看到就急着谈监管，未免太早了。这种国际标准最后肯定沦为大国博弈和巨头垄断的工具，反而会限制开源社区和技术创新，得不偿失。
