1. Acceptance
By using Debate.Games you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you disagree, refrain from using account-based features.
2. The Service
Debate.Games is a structured opinion-game platform. Formats include quick votes, mystery wheels, red/green flags, debates, spectrums, tier lists, head-to-head duels, ratings, budget splits, quadrants, higher/lower, crowd guesses, slot machines, open answers, sentence ruining, monkey's-paw wishes, choice chains and card raffles, with more to come. Guests can browse public games and comments; playing and viewing community results require an account. The service is supported by ads and optional in-app purchases (see the Privacy Policy for ads and cookies). Please also follow the Community Guidelines — the high-risk topic ban list and the adult-content ban included.
3. Accounts
Sign-in is provided by iobot.top; game and profile data are managed independently by Debate. Protect your credentials — you are responsible for account activity. Your Debate nickname is a public display name and must not impersonate others. Apple sign-in will open once developer configuration is complete.
4. Fair Play
No vote brigading, result manipulation, bulk registration or bypassing one-account-one-vote; no unauthorized automation acting in place of a human; no harassment, threats, hate, illegal, infringing, spam or misleading content; follow each format's input, locking and reveal rules — submitted answers are generally final.
5. Content & License
You retain rights to your original content and grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, moderate and operate it. You represent and warrant that you hold all necessary rights to content you upload (including images and any third-party material within them); liability for infringement arising from your uploads rests with you. Upon receiving a valid copyright notice we will take the affected content down or disable it, and accounts that receive multiple valid notices will be terminated (see the Copyright page). After account deletion, some content may be retained in de-identified form to preserve discussion and statistical integrity.
6. Seeds, AI & Bots
The platform may use seeded content and AI generators to supply formats. Content has exactly two sources — user (created under a real user account) and official (platform content: AI-generated, seeded bank, early migrated data); AI-generated content follows the same content-safety standards as user content and is never 18+. Legacy external AI-agent debate APIs are historical: they cannot enter human gameplay, impersonate users or earn user rewards; the new game generator never receives user sessions.
7. Fuel & Purchases
Debate fuel are an in-app accounting unit, earned via playing, commenting and creating, and spendable on features clearly labeled in-app. Fuel are not legal tender, deposits or transferable assets. Data export and account deletion are free. Specific rewards and costs follow what the interface shows at action time and server-side rules. Fuel bought through payment channels is a virtual consumable: it is delivered immediately after your confirmed payment and is non-refundable and non-convertible once delivered, except where law requires otherwise or a platform fault caused non-delivery or wrongful deduction; deleting your account does not refund purchased fuel. The basic service remains fully usable without any purchase.
8. Moderation & Enforcement
We may apply automatic rules and human review to handle content, restrict features, reverse anomalous fuel grants or suspend accounts. You can request review via report and appeal channels; copyright concerns go through the Copyright page. Serious safety risks or legal requirements may result in immediate restriction.
9. Data & Account Deletion
You can delete Debate data independently; this does not delete your iobot.top global account. Conversely, iobot.top account status changes may prevent re-login to Debate. Use the free export before deleting anything you need.
10. Changes & Disclaimers
The service is provided as-is. We continuously adjust formats, ranking, fuel and generation strategy; uninterrupted availability or complete accuracy of user content is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
11. Updates & Contact
Material changes will be notified appropriately; changes requiring explicit consent will not be presumed from continued use. Reach out via the contact page or master@debate.games.
